Winterfest
       January 19 & 20, 2008
Winterfest will be held
               at Kalkaska County Fairgrounds
                       on M 72 West

Enjoy watching weight-pull contests between dogs of all breeds and sizes, chili cook-off, silent auction, vendors, craft show, pancake breakfasts, lunches, and much more. No fee to enter and watch. You can make a donation of money or food for KAIR to park.

Saturday and Sunday
Races begin at 9 am and continue throughout the day
Dog weight pull starts at 11 am
Kiwanis Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 am
Lunch from noon to 5 pm by Kalkaska Commission on Aging
Dog Sled Rides 11 am to 3 pm

Antique Snowmobile Display
Auction of dog sled built and donated by Tom Edge
Horse drawn rides
Crafts
Vendors
Silent Auction (Saturday 7 am to 5 pm and Sunday 7 am to 3 pm)
Campfire
Jazz Band on Saturday
Children's outdoor games
Hockey events at the Kaliseum
