Normally meetings are held the last Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Fair Board Office at the Fairgrounds. Volunteers are always needed.
The Kalkaska County Fair is a week-long event which includes lots of animal exhibits, competition, entertainment, games, vendors, crafts and food exhibits, a tractor pulling contest, demolition derby, and much more.
The theme this year is: Blue Jeans & Children's Dreams

Greater Kalkaska Area Chamber of Commerce Board meeting and vote on merger with Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce is May 3 at 4:30 p.m. at the Kalkaska Chamber office, 353 S. Cedar Street. All chamber members are encouraged to attend. Click here for more information.
